The invention relates to a device for crushing raw bulk non-friable material, for example, stumps, pieces of peat, logging waste, sawn timber from demolition of buildings and packages, etc. to the required particle size for purposes such as pulp production, fuel, compost, and the like. The aim of the invention is to increase productivity while reducing energy costs by creating oppositely directed shear forces. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating the process of crushing raw material; figure 2 - the device, the vertical cross section; in FIG. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. 2; 4 shows the cutting edge of a screw, cross section; Figures 5 and 6 show a movable structure in which the proposed device is embedded. A device for crushing raw material contains two screws 1 arranged parallel to each other and installed in a housing 2 mounted on a support 3, with the possibility of their rotation around their own axes from drive means 4, a feed funnel 5 for the source material mounted above the screws 1, and the discharge device 6 for the crushed material located under them, two adjacent augers 1 are made either with the opposite direction of the spirals 7 and are installed with the possibility of their rotation in one direction, or with the same direction of the slippery 7 while rotating them in opposite directions. The spirals 7 of the augers 1 have a knife-like shape with an inclination in the feed direction of the material being processed and have an edge 8 of wear-resistant material. It is advantageous when the edge 8 (figure 4) on the screw acts in the feed direction of the screw, i.e. it must have a cutting or shredding section facing the feed direction of the screw, so that the edges 8 on the two adjacent rotating screws 1 are able to grab and cut the material in two different directions simultaneously. The screws 1 are mounted in the housing 2 on the bearings 9. The direction of rotation of the screws 1 from the drive means 4 (showing engines, but with arrows (FIG. 3). The movable device (FIGS. 5 and 6) consists of a tractor 10 with a steering 11 in the middle and connected to a trailer 12. Both have ISIS support arms. The trailer has a winch crane 16 dl loading of the material to be crushed into the hopper 5 of a device consisting of three augers 1 driven by hydraulic motors 4. For their power supply there is a hydraulic unit 17. Under the screws 1 there is a net 18 that allows the passage of fine material, such as sand or earth, during the crushing of stumps. 0 A larger crushing material moves along grid 18 to transport device 19, with which material can be loaded onto another vehicle or dumped into a heap. 5 The middle auger is installed lower than the other two, and can, if its feed direction is chosen correctly, facilitate unloading the material onto the mesh 18. The housing and the bearings 9 for the augers 1 have the ability to move and be adjusted depending on different degrees of sizes of crushed material pieces between them. The device works as follows. The material is fed into the feed hopper 5 on the screws 1. Since the screws have a relatively small pitch relative to the diameter of the screw, the tangential working 0, the force is increased many times the axial working force. Axial forces in two interacting screws counteract each other. Accordingly, the material introduced between the screws, 5 is exposed to the moment of a pair of opposing forces tearing the material in its weakest points into pieces. When the material is crushed, it falls through the gaps between the screws and is discharged. By choosing the appropriate size of the distance between the screws, it is possible to obtain crushed material of the required size.
